Returns & Refunds

If you are not satisfied with a product that you ordered online once you've had the chance to see it first-hand, you are welcome to return it to us within 30 days.
All returned items must be sent back to us unopened, unused and in their original condition. We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange.
Please note: if it has been over 30 days from the date you received your item(s), then we are unable to accept your return.
We will refund items if they are damaged when received, please send us a picture of the damaged item to email@example.com and one of our customer service team member will get back to you within 2 working days.
Postage back to us is at the cost of the buyer. We do not cover postage returns for change of mind, but return postage will be provided if the product is faulty.
